A suggested amount or your own, one of the four designs, the recipient's first name and your message.

Secure payment by card or TWINT. The payment fee is shown before you confirm.

They enter the code when booking any date in the calendar, or write to us for a trip or a private course. One card per booking, and if there is a balance left it goes to the next ride.

Frequently asked questions
How long is the card valid?
24 months from the date of purchase. They pick their date, their ride and their season, without rushing.
What can it be used on?
Everything: shuttle days, skills and mechanics courses, day tours, trips in Switzerland and abroad, bike and protection rental, and even an Exo'Pass.
Can I choose any amount?
Yes, from 50 CHF. The suggested amounts match the services people give most often, but you are free.
What if the amount does not cover the whole ride?
They simply pay the difference at booking. Conversely, if the card is worth more than the ride chosen, the balance stays on the code and goes to the next one: a 200 CHF card can cover two shuttle days.
Can several cards be used on the same ride?
No, one card per booking. One card can however be used across several rides while a balance remains. For a group present, one card for the total amount beats a handful of small ones: write to us and we will sort it.
Can several of us give it together?
Yes, it is common for a trip or a birthday. As only one card can be used per booking, the simplest is for one of you to order a card for the full amount and for the others to pay their share back.
Does the card go straight to the recipient?
If you like, yes. When ordering, choose "_QQ_"Straight to them"_QQ_", enter their e-mail and the delivery day: the card goes out at 8 am, Swiss time, and you get a copy. Otherwise it comes to you, ready to print or forward.
Is the card refundable or exchangeable for cash?
No, but it is valid for 24 months and usable across all our services, which leaves plenty of choice.
How do they use it?
They enter the code when booking online on any date in the calendar, or tell us by e-mail for a trip, a private course or a rental.
Is anything charged on top of the gift card amount?
Yes, by card or TWINT: 0.30 CHF plus 2.9 % of the amount. The fee is shown in the summary before you pay and is added to what you pay: enter 100 CHF, pay 103.20 CHF, and they receive a gift card worth 100 CHF.
Can I schedule it far in advance?
Up to 3 months ahead. The 24 months of validity count from purchase: schedule a card bought on the 10th for 24 December, and they still get almost two years to use it.
Can I hide the amount?
Yes: untick "_QQ_"Show the amount on the card"_QQ_". The amount appears neither on the card nor in their e-mail; they find out when they use their code.
