Every date shows a technical and a physical level, from 1/4 to 4/4, on its page. Technical describes the terrain, physical the length and the climbing. If you are between two, take the lower one for your first ride with us: we always adjust to the group.

The exact place and time are in the confirmation email you get when you book, and in your account. For shuttles it is usually Martigny or straight at the spot of the day. We do not publish them on the site: they change with the weather and the group.

A full-suspension mountain bike or E-Bike, 140 to 180 mm of travel, serviced, with proper off-road tyres. Helmet required, full face recommended on shuttles, knee pads, long gloves, glasses, something to fix a puncture, your lunch and water.

Yes, but not on just anything. For a first time off-road, a day's coaching works far better than a group ride: you spend the day making progress, with the goal of being comfortable on green and blue trails by the end. The course is 129 CHF, or 219 CHF with the bike and protection if you have no gear.

Yes: recent, serviced full-suspension mountain bikes and E-Bikes, with helmet and protection. Book it when you register, or by message if you are late. Tell us your size and your dates.

We ride under cloud and light rain: Valais has its own micro-climate and the trails stay good. If conditions turn bad or dangerous, we contact you directly, the day before or the same morning. No news from us means the ride is on.

The deadlines are in the general terms and vary with the type of ride. Write to us with the date concerned: depending on the notice, we move you to another date or credit you in Exo'points.

Yes, on every day in Valais and on the trips in Switzerland, Italy and Morocco: the bike must be full suspension, 140 to 180 mm. In Georgia and Iran the E-Bike is not possible. In Morocco we rent them on site.

Put your name on the waiting list: we call in order as soon as a place frees up, and that happens often. Look at the other dates of the same format too, they are in the calendar.

A shuttle day takes at most 10 riders; a trip, from 5 to 10 riders. The capacity is shown on every date. Riders are between twenty and sixty-five, men and women; the only criterion is the technical level the day asks for.

Most of our riders come alone or as a pair. The small group does the rest: you introduce yourself in the car park and you are on first-name terms by the first singletrack.

On the date of your choice, from a few people to a whole seminar. To move fast, use the dedicated form: it asks straight away for what a quote needs, namely the number of riders, their level, the date and the place.

By card or by bank transfer, on the online payment page: enter the amount and your e-mail, pick how you want to pay, and it is done in a moment. For a transfer, put your name and your invoice reference in the message, we find your payment without playing detective.
