Three cases where a video beats a day of coaching
Online coaching does not replace a course. It comes before one, extends one, or makes one possible when the distance rules it out.
You ride far from Switzerland
A rider in Belgium, Quebec or France gets the same analysis as one in Valais. It is the only one of our services with no border, and it costs less than a train ticket.
One precise section resists you
A switchback, a step, a bermed corner you have been missing for months. A whole day would be overkill: one video is enough to see what you cannot see from the inside.
You want to check between two courses
You have worked on the corrections from a coaching day and want to know whether the move has stuck. Film the same section, and compare.
Four steps, and nothing to install
You film
One section, one video, under thirty seconds. The five filming rules are just below: they make all the difference between a precise analysis and a shrug.
You send and pay
The same form takes your video, your question and your payment. No account to create, no link to wait for, no third-party service to upload to.
Christian watches it
He replays it in slow motion, spots what is going wrong, and separates the cause from its consequences. He watches it himself, between two guiding days.
You get your analysis
A commented video, five to ten minutes: what he sees, what to fix first, and enough to work on alone next time you ride. You keep it, and you can watch it again before every ride.
Five rules, and the analysis becomes precise
A badly framed video costs half of what could be drawn from it. Propping a phone on a bag, or asking someone to film, is all it takes.
-
1
From the side, at wheel height
That is the angle that shows position, weight distribution and what the suspension is doing. From the front or the back, almost nothing that matters is visible.
-
2
The whole section, not just the moment
Start filming a few metres before and stop a few metres after. What explains a mistake almost always happens before the mistake. Thirty seconds is plenty.
-
3
The whole bike in frame
Wheels included, from start to finish. A tight frame on your upper body hides exactly what we are trying to see.
-
4
A second angle if you can
The same section from the front or three-quarters completes the first. It is not required, but when it is possible the analysis gains a lot.
-
5
Two lines of context
Your level, your bike, and what bothers you in this section. Those two lines are worth as much as the video: they say what to look for.
What it is, and what it is not
What it is
- An outside eye on one precise move, from someone who does this for a living
- Ranked corrections: what matters first, what comes after
- Exercises to work on alone, matched to what your video shows
- Usable wherever you ride, in any season
What it is not
- Not a replacement for a coaching day: on the ground, we correct on every run
- Not an automated analysis: an instructor watches it, so it takes the time it takes
- Not a fitness programme, and not a remote suspension set-up
- Not a guarantee: the move has to be practised, the video only says which one
Send your video
Your e-mail, your video, your question and your payment: all of it here, in one go. You pick your pack in the form, and the analysis comes back to the address you give.

Swiss Cycling certified instructor, on a mountain bike since 1989. He watches every video and answers himself, in French, English or German.
You cannot watch yourself ride
That is the whole problem. A camera and an outside eye settle in one go what months of repetition did not.
Frequently asked questions
How long should the video be?
Under thirty seconds, on a single section. A well-framed section beats a whole ride: it is the detail that gets watched, not the length.
How do I send the file?
Through the form on this page, together with your question and your payment. You drag the file in, and that is it: no account, no third-party service, no link to wait for. Up to 256 MB, in MP4 or MOV.
How soon do I get the answer?
Five working days. Christian watches every video himself, between two guiding days; out of season it is often faster. If anything were to delay that, you are told.
What if my video is unusable?
We tell you, we explain what to film again, and you send it back without losing your credit: the analysis is still owed to you. The five rules above avoid that in almost every case.
Can I ask a follow-up question?
Yes, it is included. A clarification on what you received costs nothing: write, and Christian answers. A new section to watch, though, is a new analysis.
Does it work for an E-Bike?
Yes. The weight and the motor change the riding, downhill as much as on technical climbs: say so in your question and the analysis takes it into account.
I am a beginner, is it worth it?
For the very first steps off-road, a coaching day teaches more: there is too much to put in place at once. A video becomes useful as soon as you ride regularly and get stuck on something precise.
When do I pay?
When you send it, in one go, by card or bank transfer. The card fee is shown in the summary before you confirm.
How long do I have to use a pack?
One year from the purchase. You send your first video straight away, with your order. For the next ones, reply to the confirmation e-mail with the new video and your question: the thread stays open, and there is nothing more to pay.
Film it once, then ride it
for an instructor's eye on the section that resists you, from anywhere.
