Why here
A guide's bike, not a rental bike
These are the bikes we use on our own rides. They are chosen for Valais terrain and looked after like ours, because they are ours.

Serviced after every rental Not one service a season: a check after every rental, in our workshop. Brakes, drivetrain, suspension and tyre pressures. You do not set off on a bike worn out by twenty riders before you.

Set up before you arrive Your height and weight are asked at booking, and the bike is set when you pick it up: sag, position, saddle height, levers. Five minutes of fine-tuning on the spot, not thirty.

Where you need it In Orsières, straight from the trailer if you ride with us, or delivered to your address or accommodation: the delivery fee is calculated automatically at checkout, based on distance and the number of bikes.

Price per item, taken from the booking pages. The scale slides from the second day, and it is the same for electric and muscle.

An empty cell means the item does not rent that long: the maximum durations differ from one item to the next. The price per day falls as the duration grows: a bike costs 90 CHF for one day and around 48 CHF a day over 10.

From booking to return

You book
Dates, model, height and weight, on the bike's own page. Online or by message, up to the day before subject to availability.

We prepare
The bike is serviced, the saddle and suspension set to your build, the protection pulled out in your size.

You collect
In Orsieres, or straight at the meeting point if you are riding with us. Five minutes of fine-tuning together.

You bring it back
Dirty is normal, we deal with that. A quick check together and it is done.

By arrangement, the evening before or the same morning. Exact times are agreed when you book.
At the meeting point
If you are riding with us the bike is already in the trailer: nothing to carry, there or back.
Delivery elsewhere in Valais
Possible for a group, on request. Tell us where and when, and we will see what works.

Before you book
Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver the bikes?
Yes, to your home or your accommodation, and we come and collect them. The fee is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the distance from Orsières and the number of bikes. Otherwise, pick-up in Orsières, or straight from the trailer if you are riding with us.
Which helmet should I take?
The open helmet suits tours and all-mountain rides. On a shuttle day or in a bike park, take the full face: it is the right kit for that kind of descent, and the price difference is small next to what it protects.
How long can I keep the kit?
It depends on the item, and the price table shows it: the maximum durations are not the same for a bike, for protection and for the ShockWiz. Beyond that, write to us: these are settings, not rules.
Can I book at the last minute?
Up to the day before subject to availability, and often the same morning outside high season. A message or a call is faster than the form.
Can I try before committing to several days?
Rent for a day, and if you extend, tell us: the sliding scale applies to the whole period rather than day by day.
Do you rent to groups?
Yes, and the fleet can be all-electric or all-muscle. For a club or a company, ask for a quote: we sort the sizes out in advance.
Is there a deposit?
No deposit is taken, and we do not hold your card. We trust you: in exchange, the gear comes back the way it left. If something breaks, we talk about it.
What happens if something breaks or is stolen?
The terms are agreed at booking. On an E-Bike, often worth more than 8,000 CHF, insurance or a capped excess is worth checking before you set off.
Can I take the bike outside Valais?
For a trip to the Aosta valley or elsewhere, let us talk about it first: it is possible, but it is agreed in advance.
