Your credits go live
They appear in your account with their balance. You get the confirmation by e-mail within the minute.

On any shuttle day in the calendar, choose « pay with my Exo'Pass »: no form, no payment, you are already free to load the bike.

The pass is for the regulars: those who come once or twice a month from March to November, who like deciding the night before depending on the weather, and who are tired of getting the card out every time. From day 8 you have paid the pass back; days 9 and 10 are free.
Riding less often? Single days stay at 95 CHF, and you earn Exo'points on every booking.

Frequently asked questions
How long is the pass valid?
Two shuttle seasons, that is until the end of the season following the purchase. So you do not have to use your ten days within the year.
Which days can I use it on?
On every guided shuttle day in the calendar at the standard rate, in Lower, Central and Upper Valais, whatever the level. Special formats (Solstice, Fullmoon) keep their price: your pass counts as an ordinary day there and you pay the difference.
Is the pass personal?
Yes. It is tied to your account and to you alone: credits cannot be transferred or shared. To get a friend riding, the gift card is there for that.
What if a day is cancelled?
If we cancel, for the weather or for lack of riders, your credit is simply put back. If you cancel, the general terms apply as for a single day.
Can I pay with my Exo'points?
Not yet: the pass is paid by card or bank transfer. Your Exo'points remain usable on single bookings.
Is the pass refundable?
No, but it is valid for two seasons, which leaves time to use it. Get in touch if your situation changes.
Can I give it as a present?
As the pass is personal, it cannot be given as it is. To please a rider, take a gift card for the amount of your choice: they can use it on a single day or on their own Exo'Pass.
