A day outdoors for your teams, in French-speaking Switzerland: high-end E-Bikes, certified guides, full logistics. From 1 to 100 participants for the riding, split into ability groups. All it takes is knowing how to ride a bike.
Each comes as a half day or a full day, and combines with a seminar, a meal or a night on site.

Local produce
An E-Bike loop from producer to producer: cellar, cheese dairy, mountain farm, with tastings and a meal at the end. The effort stays light; the table does not.
Cohesion
A map, riddles, teams: a challenge to solve while riding, on a route matched to the group. The format that mixes departments best.
Adrenaline
Learning to ride on easy bike park trails, coached by an instructor, protection provided. For teams that like a challenge.
A day outdoors
A meeting room in the morning, the E-Bike in the afternoon, a meal in between. We arrange the room, the catering and the ride: one contact.
Number of participants, profile of the group, date, preferred location, aim of the day. A ten-minute call is often enough.
Format, route matched to the group, meeting point, meals, options. A clear quote, with no surprises, that you can circulate internally.
E-Bikes set up and protection sized for each person, a twenty-minute briefing, a guide per ability group, mechanical support and a spare bike.
Photos and video of the day sent within the week, for your intranet, your social media or simply for the team's pleasure.
Exoride is both organiser and provider: the bikes, the guides, the transport and the logistics are ours, and our network of partners in Valais and Romandy covers the rest. You get one contact, one quote, one invoice.

Our E-Bikes erase differences in fitness: the climb becomes a conversation, not an ordeal. The only prerequisite is knowing how to ride a bike.
The sportiest get their challenge, the others their ride, and everyone meets again at the meal. On large groups, several guides and a route per level.
Swiss Cycling certified guides trained in first aid, a briefing before departure, routes chosen for the group and the weather of the day, mechanical support and a spare bike.
We come with the bikes anywhere in French-speaking Switzerland: Geneva, Lausanne, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, the Chablais. A start from your car park, a return in time for the last train.
The densest playground in Switzerland, the Exo'base in Orsières for a night on site, Verbier and the neighbouring valleys for the views.
The Aosta Valley an hour away, Tuscany, Morocco: our experience of trips abroad, put to work on a multi-day event.
A company seminar in the morning and an outdoor ride in the afternoon. A superb experience. Christian took care of the whole organisation and adapted to our requests and to the group's level. Efficient and enjoyable; I can only recommend Exoride for organising a day outdoors.
A supervision fee per group of eight participants, plus an amount per person, and E-Bike rental if needed. Meals, room, transport and accommodation are quoted separately. You can estimate your budget right now.

Ideally four weeks for a group of up to twenty people, six to eight weeks beyond that, or with a room and accommodation. We have put outings together in ten days: ask us and we will tell you what is possible.
No. Knowing how to ride a bike is enough: the electric assistance does the rest, and we form ability groups with a guide for each. The briefing puts everyone at ease in twenty minutes.
We ride in overcast weather and light rain, with jackets and adapted routes. If conditions turn bad, we propose a fallback date or an alternative programme, with no cancellation fee on our side.
We do: a fleet of recent full-suspension E-Bikes, helmets and protection, set up for each participant before departure. Anyone who owns an E-Bike may bring it, provided it suits the outing.
Full-time professional mountain bike guides and instructors, Swiss Cycling certified, trained in first aid. One guide per ability group.
Exoride carries professional third-party liability cover. Participants remain covered by their own accident insurance or their employer's, as for any company sporting activity; we provide a document for your insurer if needed.
French, English and German.
Yes: seminar room, restaurant meal or buffet outdoors, minibus transport, hotel or refuge, photos and video. A single day or a multi-day event, in Switzerland or abroad.
A supervision fee per group of eight participants, plus an amount per person, and E-Bike rental if needed. The estimator above gives you an immediate order of magnitude; the quote is what counts.
A few lines are enough. We come back to you quickly with a proposal and a quote.
