You ride with us, you get part of your spending back. That's the whole idea behind Exo'points, our loyalty programme: no card to carry, no forms to fill in, and credit that lands in your account on its own.

How it works, in three lines

  1. You book a shuttle day, a course or a trip.
  2. Your Exo'points are credited automatically to your account.
  3. You enter your personal code in the promo code field on your next booking.

An account is created for you at your first booking, so there is nothing to set up. Your balance and your personal code are in your profile.

How much you actually earn

Every booking earns you between 2.5% and 5% in Exo'points, depending on the event. On top of that comes your tier bonus, which means a regular rider can reach up to 11% back.

Concretely: five shuttle days at CHF 95 and one weekend at CHF 350 come to CHF 825 over a season. That is roughly CHF 30 in Exo'points, or a third of your next shuttle day paid for.

Three tiers, based on the last twelve months

  • Bronze: from your very first booking, 2.5% to 5% depending on the event.
  • Silver: from CHF 500 of bookings, +3% on top of the standard rate.
  • Gold: from CHF 1,500 of bookings, +6% on top of the standard rate.

Tiers are calculated on a rolling twelve-month basis, so a good season keeps working for you all year long.

Bring a friend, earn CHF 10

Refer someone and CHF 10 in Exo'points land in your account. Sign up for our newsletter and you start with CHF 5 straight away.

How long your points last

Your Exo'points stay valid as long as you're active. Every new gain, a booking, a referral or a tier bonus, resets the clock on your whole balance. After a full year without a single gain, the balance is reset. An email warns you a month before.
