This intermediate mechanics course for basic maintenance and repair of your bike allows you to improve and become even more independent for mechanical work on your mountain bike or your E-Bike. You will thus improve your safety and the longevity of the equipment of your mountain bike or your E-Bike.
- Reminder of the themes covered in beginner bike mechanics courses
- Cleaning and checking to be done before each outing, and at regular intervals
- Adjusting the derailleur and changing the derailleur cable, checking the transmission for wear, disassembling and reassembling the cassette
- Bleeding disc brakes, checking discs and pads for wear
- Unveiling a wheel, checking spoke tension, ...
- The essential tools for basic maintenance, as well as the tools to take on your outings
We invite you to come with your own bike in order to learn on your own equipment, and take advantage of this course to do a check-up of your bike.

Can you bring your own bike for a mechanics course?
We encourage you to take mechanics courses with your bike. This way, you can apply it specifically to your equipment, and also take advantage of maintaining your bike.
Only troubleshooting exercises such as repairing a puncture, or redistributing a broken chain are done on equipment that we provide for the course. -
Do we have to bring our own tools for bike mechanics courses?
No, not necessarily. Your registration for the mechanics course includes the provision of our professional workshop and all the necessary tools.

We can organize mountain bike or E-Bike tours for 1 to 100 people. For stays abroad, the number of participants generally does not exceed 20 maximum depending on the destinations.
